Down to earth open minded individual. Who likes to see the world from a different prospective

I am a down to earth person with open minded views, who is willing to put the time and effort in, to get the right results. I am good at establishing a positive working relationship with individuals with challenging behaviour, and have the ability to enable people to talk about themselves, empowering them to make effective life changing decisions. I use active listening skills and am able to assess individuals’ circumstances accurately.
