I am a versatile, ambitious and experienced Key Support Worker, Sales Manager and trained advanced Driver with a wide range of high quality experience in various industries. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills, customer attentiveness and ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Recently have started working on construction sites and have really enjoyed it.

Experience on HS2 sites general operative. ADT blue ticket. 2 years experience driving 30 ton ADT. on site in Brackley. HS2 inducted and currently hold an in date Biosite card.

Personal Assistant at Private Carer (2005-01 – 2013-11)
This job was a self employed position, as a personal assistant/ carer for an elderly gentleman who had a history of CVA's, short term memory problems, double incontinence, a history of depression, he went from being fairly mobile to becoming very frail and immobile very soon. My duties included full personal care, administering medication, preparing meals and aiding Mr Taylor when necessary to feed himself, liaising with RGN and other professional services to ensure that Mr Taylor received the best care available to him. I liaised with OT to get the correct equipment, such as a hoist for bathing, special chair, etc.
My role required me to adapt quickly to the daily needs and mental state of my client, no 2 days were the same. I needed to both comfort and sympathise with my client whilst also deducing his needs which were often not clearly communicated. By using my strong people and communication skills I was able to successfully give my client all the care needs he required.
I am sad to say Mr Taylor passed away in November 2013.

In addition to my employment to a private client (detailed above) I was a Support Worker in care homes throughout Warwick and Leamington Spa. My client base was very varied requiring me to be adaptive and to take initiative to fore fill the needs of those under my care.

Working for a large format digital print company. My role was to generate new business within a very competitive market, liaise with existing clients to ensure that their printing requirements were met. This position, within a small organisation, called for me to be versatile and flexible, as tight deadlines would sometimes mean working through the night.
Other duties included project managing delivery and installation of finished jobs. Clients included Homes Place Gyms, YHA, Action for Children and Guardian Newspaper Group.
Key Support Worker at Mencap (1997-01 – 1999-12)
As a Key Support Worker, I worked in a residential home for three adults with severe learning difficulties. The role included working with care professionals to produce, maintain and regularly review care plans. As key worker, I worked with family and friends of the gentlemen in my care to ensure that life plans were relevant for them, which they enjoyed the activities that were suggested and that they maintained their profile within the community, and that they were age and gender appropriate.
I was also responsible for writing and reporting risk assessments. I managed my client's money, budgeted for holidays, special occasions, day trips, as well as everyday living expenses. I administered medication, took care of personal hygiene, prepared meals, as well as carrying out all of the usual household duties such as cleaning, laundry etc.
Clear communication, both written and verbal of daily events, with other support staff was essential, as you often worked shifts alone, with the three gentlemen, and therefore had to ensure that all staff were aware of any issues of events when handing over.
Classroom Assistant at Quince Tree School - Tile Hill (1995-01 – 1997-12)
Taking the students out and about within the community. I also obtained Lifesavers certificate and acted as lifeguard during swimming lessons. Every year, the older children would attend a specialist activity centre for five days 'under canvas', where they would get the chance to try out rock climbing, abseiling, hill walking, canoeing and other outdoor pursuits. I supported them on these trips along with teachers and volunteers.
