I am a hard-working, polite, trustworthy individual. I work well in a team as well as alone. I am very reliable and dedicated to work. I have many personal qualities and positive attitudes about my work, and I enjoy being challenged.

I am self-motivated and like motivating others by showing them the way to succeed. I always like to take pride in how I look by making sure I am well presented. I'm now in sixth form completing my A-levels, (Maths, Economics and Business), and I am now really interested in finding a job.

Unpaid work experience

• Picking up calls from in house guests and fulfilling their requests providing them with the best customer service.
• Worked on computers booking reservations for guests to the hotel restaurant and also booking taxi services for hotel guests.
• I had also used an intercom to communicate with visitors or guests having issues arriving or leaving the hotel parking barriers.
