- Residential Extensions and Conversions, Southampton: Carried out high end luxury extensions and conversions. Was involved in Start to Completion of projects. Advising on Planning, Architecture and Development on numerous residential conversions in Southampton. Involved in researching and designing planning policies to guide development. This also included listed buildings.
- Conversion to Flats, Caterham: Was involved in carrying out design and Planning services for a large development of conversion to flats from Carehome in Caterham. The project also included carrying out associated surveys such as tree surveys, topographical surveys etc. Liaised with different authorities of the council to obtain Planning and other related issues.
- Conversion to Flats, London: Surveyed, Prepared planning drawings and processed the application for the conversion of a single dwelling into two separate flats in Wembley, London. Carried out design and Planning package for development to flats in London. This involved taking brief, processed planning application, liaised with local authority, prepared CIL and obtained approval. Carried out Project Management to oversee the project.
- Conversion of dwelling House to Carehome: Carried out Planning for conversion of existing dwelling to Carehome to cater for learning disability people. Also involved in preparing design layout and brief for each room. The project was met with objections. I Liaised with different groups, council's services and finally obtained planning approval.
- Working Preserved Bus & Vintage Vehicles Museum' at Alton: Prepared drawings and processed Planning application to house restored buses for a charity organization in Alton. The project was in a large rural setting. Rural policies were taken into consideration. The project was also planned as a tourist attraction.
- Carried out Stock Condition Survey and EPC for Portsmouth City Council on numerous properties.
