With over 15 years of hands-on experience in luxury hospitality environments across India, UAE, and Maldives, I specialize in stewarding operations, hygiene management, food safety compliance, and team supervision within internationally recognized 5-star properties. I have implemented cost-effective operational strategies, trained multi-national food handling staff in hygiene and safety protocols, and led numerous internal audits across kitchen and back-of-house operations including a 5% drop in food cost through better inventory systems.
