Hi, I’m a customer service professional with years of experience. Lover of gaining new knowledge and learning new things, and always working to improve and move forward.
I have lots of experience in bars and those catering to large events. Most recently however, I worked in a cell centre role and worked on my skills of telephony work, I got a lot of good reviews from customers and would always do my best to ensure the customer got the help they needed with a smile you could sense through the phone.
