Jayden Barlow

I am Jayden Barlow, an A-level student at St Martin's School studying Business, Economics and Politics, with a clear ambition to build a successful career in finance. I am looking to develop new skills to widen my skill range. My subjects have developed my resilience to keep working and how to use my initiative.

In summer 2025, I worked as a football coach at We Make Footballers Basildon, leading and implementing drills to build leadership and discipline. I also helped students in my school when I mentored a year 9 boy who was struggling to make friends in which I helped bring his confidence out and encourage him to put himself which made him gain a solid group of friends.

• Coached groups of 15–20 boys aged 5–10 in structured football camp sessions.
• Worked collaboratively with 1–2 other coaches to deliver safe, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.

• Communicated instructions clearly to young children with varying ability levels.
• Ensured safeguarding, health, and safety standards were followed at all times
