Potwasher at Goodbarns Yard (2022-04 – 2025-11)

Working in this busy restaurant/pub I learnt at the age of 14 the importance of keeping your station clean, tidy and sanitary. I would often help chef in making sure his workspace was ready for the busy shift ahead. I would have to maintain strict hygiene and health standards whilst keeping up with the fast-paced kitchen setting.

• Clear the bins and organised recycling according to the safety rules

Labourer at Self-Employed (2025-10 – Present)

My main duties have been varied depending on the type of work we have attended. Site preparation is key- clearing debris, organising tools and mixing/preparing any cement or any bricks for the day. I load and unload heavy building materials across the site ensuring health and safety rules are always adhered to.

• I have learnt along the way my limits regarding handling heavy equipment and using different power and hand tools
