Programme Manager at Track Record Global
I have been fortunate to progress at Track Record Global, starting as a Project Manger and progressing to Senior Project Manager and then Programme Manager. I lead and run multiple portfolios of strategic projects which deliver company critical objectives including the design, build and delivery of new systems, improved processes and efficiencies, across every team and department including operations and commercial, new ways of working, onboarding new clients and delivering real change for this growing company. Two major projects I have delivered include the onboarding of a new large client, while concurrently delivering a brand-new system across the company.
Subsequent projects include continuous improvement of the established system including additional development work and finding new ways of working to improve communication and efficiency between teams.
