Lone worker responsibilities are to prioritise tasks, personal plans, tenant record recording make referrals if needed to appropriate services. Be able to communicate clearly with tenants and others involved in their care. Security and safety of the development, prepare and serve evening meal to very sheltered tenants, to ensure very sheltered kitchen is cleaned to high standard following health and safety.
Appropriate record keeping of kitchen, cleaning record and the meal prep time/temp records ensuring all the tenants are fine by welfare checks, do appropriate tests water temp, fire alarms etc. when due. I also covered sickness and holidays when the co-ordinator was not available.

I delivered care to clients in their own home main duties where administering medication, reordering medication for LevelC clients, personal care, catheter care, meal prep general duties in the home washing dishes etc and client record keeping. Throughout I worked with different clients with different needs like dementia, cancer also have provided end of life care. Make appropriate contact with outside services if needed for client keep up to date with senior of any changes or concerns.
