Jeganathan Shanmugam

I am currently working as a Sales and Project Support Engineer in the CS Project Execution of Buhler UK Ltd, I earned my first-class, honours mechanical engineering diploma in 2000, as well as my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 2003. I enrolled at CFTRI in India. CFTRI is a renowned flour milling and baking school. There, I won the 2008 Silver Medal for my class.

As a Swiss Milling Technologist, I'd like to explore and make use of my 10+ years of experience in the flour production and machine manufacturing sectors, including Buhler. I believe I am qualified for this position based on my education and experience, and I would be a valuable addition to our team.

I am currently working as a Sales and Project Support Engineer in the CS Project Execution of Buhler UK Ltd, but I also have prior experience from 2008 to 2011 working for Buhler India.

My enthusiasm for flour milling contributed to my opportunity to work in a production facility, for the Sayga flour mills in Sudan.

ITC Foods Limited hired me as a head miller for their Atta Plant, where I developed team management skills, trained new hires and daily labourers for the plant's activities related to wheat intake, packing, and operations.

In 2015, I enrolled in a one-year Flour Milling programme in Switzerland through the Swiss Milling School in order to update my knowledge in milling technology.
