I managed daily store operations such as keyholding, opening and closing, till operations and cashing up. I communicated and engaged with customers and providing them with good customer service. I was also responsible for organizing and managing stock and deliveries.
This includes labelling items as well as visual merchandising. I planned and organized children's birthday parties hosted at the store, providing the children with activities to do and making goodie bags for the end. I also helped plan and decorate the store for other seasonal and promotional events during the year.
