Jenifer Kiernan

During my five years in this industry I have supported parents/carers of children or young people who have been involved in problematic drug and alcohol misuse to minimise the impact of this on their children. I have provided high quality and compassionate support to families with a wide range of complex needs such as mental health issues, homelessness and offending. I am committed to working with people to enhance their general wellbeing and provide guidance and signposting for clients with regards to benefit support, accommodation and welfare.

I have developed strong links with partnership agencies including local schools, Children's Social Care, The Zone, Hamoaze House and Mental Health agencies and have advocated on behalf of individuals and families.

I am highly motivated, hardworking and committed to getting alongside people and to build authentic, meaningful and empathetic relationships in order to provide guidance and support to any family, young person or individual who have multiple complex needs.
