As an Area Leader at McDonald's, I was responsible for supporting the shift manager & team, made sure everyone knew what they were doing, and stepped in wherever I was needed. I dealt with customer questions and complaints, trained new staff, kept an eye on food safety and cleanliness, and helped make sure targets were met. Working in such a fast-paced environment has helped me become confident under pressure, improve my communication skills, and learn how to lead a team while keeping customers happy.
