I am a hard‑working, enthusiastic person with a genuine passion for supporting people and improving community wellbeing. I have a degree in psychology and went on to complete a master's in public health. Alongside my academic background, I have hands‑on leadership experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
As a store manager, I oversee operational performance, drive profit growth, improve efficiencies and lead a team of 8 members to consistently drive high standards. I bring a people‑focused mindset, analytical thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement to every role I take on. I'm motivated by roles that create meaningful social impact, and I bring empathy, analytical thinking, and a commitment to improving outcomes for communities.
I have a background in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Health, combined with hands‑on leadership experience in fast‑paced retail environments. I’ve managed teams, overseen operations, and supported staff development while maintaining high standards and strong performance.
Alongside this, I’ve gained valuable charity experience through roles with Lymphoma Action and the British Heart Foundation, where I supported campaigns, created written content, and engaged donors. These roles strengthened my communication skills, my ability to tell meaningful stories, and my understanding of how charities demonstrate impact.
Across all my roles, I’ve developed strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. I’m motivated by work that creates social impact and bring empathy, analytical thinking, and a people‑focused approach to everything I do.
I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Chester, where I developed strong skills in research, data interpretation, and understanding health inequalities, community wellbeing, and evidence‑based practice. Before that, I completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, which gave me a solid foundation in human behaviour, identity, mental health, and statistical analysis. Together, these qualifications have shaped my interest in community support, social impact, and improving outcomes for vulnerable groups.
