Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The position encompasses all HR requirements of the organisation from day-to-day challenges to strategy. Part of the Senior Leadership Team planning the strategic direction of the organisation and implementing the People Strategy, advising what is achievable, both legally and in the required timeframes. Undertaken several TUPEs, both 'in' and 'out' and managed two internal restructures including redundancies, redeployment and recruitment using both internal promotional recruitment and external advertising. Supporting management to implement any changes to both the structure of the organisation and the culture within leading all staff including consultations and related written communications.
Experience of operating multiple policies and procedures, pensions, benefit and leave entitlements, salaries and hours due to TUPE protection. Ability to keep up to date and abreast of legislative changes and implement accordingly.
