• Monitor patient health, behavioural and physical changes and promptly reporting concerns to manager. 
• Carry out other personal care tasks, including meal assistance and mobility support. Offer meaningful, individualized support and companionship by nurturing client relationships to maintain positive wellbeing. 
• Promote independence and dignity by emphasizing role of service users throughout care planning process. 
• Promote client independence while carrying out sensitive duties, such as showering and dressing.
