Jennifer Skoczek

I am a motivated and adaptable student with experience across customer service, administration, and hospitality. Having worked in roles such as waitress, team leader, and nursery assistant, I have developed strong communication skills and the ability to stay organised in fast-paced environments. I enjoy supporting others, problem-solving, and creating welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable and valued.

Fluent in English and Portuguese, with additional Spanish skills, I bring a positive and proactive approach to every role I take on.

I have a background in customer service, administration, and childcare, with experience across hospitality, retail, and educational settings. My roles have included waitress, bar assistant, picker/packer team leader, and nursery assistant, giving me strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills. I have also supported construction and admin projects, handling timesheets, budgets, and data management with attention to detail.

These varied experiences have equipped me to adapt quickly, work well under pressure, and deliver excellent service in busy environments.

I hold a Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Applied Science from St Francis Xavier Sixth Form College, where I achieved a Distinction. Prior to that, I completed my GCSEs at City Heights Academy with strong results across English, sciences, and languages. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, with additional skills in Spanish and Italian, and continue to build my academic and professional knowledge through both study and hands-on experience.
