I have extensive experience in bartending over the past year and a half at Chiquito and, whilst I appreciate everything I have learned there, I am ready and eager to improve my skills at a premium Cocktail bar/restaurant I have enjoyed frequenting and admiring.
During my time at Chiquito, I have been off-book on the cocktail list for quite some time, proven an accurate free-pourer and taken pride in making drinks to top presentation. I enjoy engaging with customers and colleagues on the regular and am an effortless conversationalist.
On top of completing the baseline responsibilities (i.e. maintaining a clean and stocked bar, preparing and serving drinks, opening and closing to a professional standard etc.), I have further been trusted with exceeding jobs, suiting that of a bar manager (i.e. counting stock and creating, advertising and upselling new cocktails).
