I am an experienced Project Manager with a background in primary care, healthcare services, and business transformation. In my current role as a Band 6 Project Manager at Lancaster Medical Practice, the largest partner owned practice in the UK, I lead major projects including HR and payroll system implementation, patient population and GP workload redistribution, enhanced services contract monitoring, and digital workflow transformation. I am also driving the development of the organisation’s first Project Management Office, embedding governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks across multiple sites.

Previously, I worked as a Project Manager and Business Development Officer at Dunamis Homes where I secured successful bids with councils and managed the transformation of a small support home into a 45 bed care facility. Before that I was a Product Delivery Manager at Tribapay where I managed digital product lifecycles and coordinated stakeholder delivery. I also gained experience in healthcare operations with Polino Healthcare and successfully managed a full property renovation project in Birmingham.

I hold an MSc in Project Management from the University of Westminster and professional certifications in AgilePM, Professional Scrum Master, and Emotional Intelligence Coaching.
