Kiosk Staff Match Day - Burnley Football Club - Turf Moor

Turf Moor was a hospitality job that I took up in high school which was the year 2021. In this role, my main responsibilites where to ensure that all the foods were prepared and ready to serve, serving hot and cold drinks, and providing great customer service. Another role was to help maintain that the work area was organised and that the snacks, food and drinks were counted and checked off on the stock chart, which then lead to stocking up if any food or drinks were low.

My role was front of house where I would make the drinks, bagged the food and serving customers both there food and on tils. Which I demonstrated which a polite and professional manner. I also ensured that all items were stocked up including the front and kitchen area, sometimes put on food waste where I would check and mark down what food and drinks were thrown out from both kitchen and front area.

Organised and cleaned my working area so that the store would be cleaned for the next day and have assisted in the dining area when needed, and helped in the kitchen on one occasion.
