I am a very hardworking, professional and loyal person who is always willing to learn and develop my career to support the job role I am faced with. I am flexible and understand the importance of being flexible in a job to fully support the team as best I can. I put my all into any job or task and I am passionate about the work I complete, ensuring I do my upmost to complete my work to a high standard.

I have been a team leader in my previous three jobs and I believe this has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge of hospitality and how to manage a team efficiently. I have very good organizational skills and can work effectively and efficiently under pressure. I have been in many fast paces job roles where I have had to think and work quickly still ensuring I complete my work to a high standard following the workforce policies and procedures.

I have excellent customer service skills, communication and extremely friendly. I believe this is paramount in working with the general public. I am always willing to learn new skills to further support my knowledge of the job role.
