I'm currently a second year student veterinary nurse heading to gateway. My daily role includes anaesthesia monitoring, inpatient care and nursing clinics, while training to get my full RCVS registration

After a decision to reopen Medivet Wimborne, I was a part of the initial set up for the different areas of the practice, for example ensuring we had everything we need to reopen, organising orders and getting the practice compliant for practice standards and ensuring all of our details are up together for health and safety compliance.

I started out with Medivet after gaining my Bachelor's degree. I started as a mobile PCA working with many different practices throughout Poole. The job Role consisted of cleaning, client care, assisting vets/ vet nurses with jobs such as restraining for bloods and catheters and assisting RVNs with anaesthetics
