I’m 20 years old currently studying Applied Criminology with Forensic Investigation at University. I’m very outgoing, love meeting new people and learning new things. I always try to be as positive as I can, and turn negative things into good things, which I apply with customers as any negative experiences they have I won’t be satisfied until I change there experience to a good one!
Through previous job experiences I show good leadership skills with leading a team, communicating clearly with them and what is expected from myself and them, organisational skills, being proactive and multitasking. I’m very passionate about having a good work ethic and being part of a successful team that thrives, and all contribute in doing so.
I currently work as a checkout team leader for Morrisons supermarket and have been there nearly two and a half years, in which I’m responsible to running the checkout department throughout the day whether it be a morning opening shift or an evening closing shift, both withhold massive responsibility. I’m the person that any customers go to with any issues or complaints as I’m also responsible for customer services, so it’s very important I always have a smile on my face and am empathetic to how the customers are feeling and being willing to help in anyway I can. This requires me to have good communication skills if I need to communicate and pass on any issues further to other departments or the management team, be good at multitasking as on top of any job I’m doing I’m still held accountable for the whole department whilst on shift, and it requires me to be extremely organised as I need to know where everything is at one time and what’s going on.
I’m currently a uni student studying Applied Criminology with Forensic Investigation as Canterbury Christ Church University and have just finished my first year.
