I am a 16-year-old looking to find work early to get my foot in the door of the working world. I have a creative sider while still being able to work efficiently and effectively when given a task. I am able to work with peers and negotiate a difficult situation. I am good at becoming part of a community and finding my place within it.
Volunteer shop assistant - Barnardo's Charity Shop

Initially I began volunteer work in Barnardo's charity shop as a contribution to my duke of Edinburgh award, though after achieving the required hours of volunteering I continued my volunteering due to the great sense of community i had found within the work environment. Throughout this experience in the workplace I worked on a shop floor, interacting with customers, replenished stock on shelves, sorted and organised donations and curated window displays.
Member and Leadership roles - Girl Guides
(2015 - 2022)
I began girl guiding at age 6 starting from rainbows and carrying through to girl guides, throughout this experience I was given leadership roles that has given me the ability to work with other people while still holding independence. My journey through girl guiding has taught me about the importance of teamwork, first aid training, and how to take initiative through volunteering within the community.
