I have almost 3 years of retail experience alongside being trusted with the handling of cash and cashing up. I excell in visual merchandising and mannequins and have been a trained footwear VM for the past 3 months. Working well with others and ensuring a customers pleasant experience throughout the store, I find it vital to be bright and bubble in order for them to have the best possible experience while also hitting KPI's and driving sales through different techniques.

I have been a sales advisor for almost 3 years and have been trained in footwear's visual merchandising aswell as cashing up the stores tills.

I've just completed my first year at Northumbria University, doing foundation business and management. I am looking forward to moving onto my BA course in September where I will be doing Business and management with supply chain and logistics.
