As a Cafe Assistant, I was responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. My duties included preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in the cafe and kitchen area. I collaborated with team members to ensure efficient service and complied with all health and safety regulations. Additionally, I assisted restocking supplies, and supporting the cafe manager in every day tasks.

My role involved creating a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring all activities were engaging and age-appropriate, and supporting the development of the girls' social skills and confidence. I collaborated closely with other leaders to develop new initiatives and programmes that aligned with the organisation's objectives.
Additionally, I took on administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance records and managing resources for craft projects. My role required effective communication skills, creativity, and a passion for children's development.
