Jessica Trim

I am an enthusiastic and ambitious professional with ten years’ experience working within the primary school setting in different capacities. I was a primary school teacher, a cover teacher and a PSHE/RSE educator within various busy and productive environments. I am able to work to strict deadlines and use judgement and critical decision-making to ensure optimal results are achieved.

I particularly enjoy organisational tasks and creating different resources which will help children to learn and develop throughout their primary education. I am always eager to learn new skills and I continually strive for different challenges to help me reach my full potential as both an employee and as a person.

In 2019, I was promoted to Head of Science for KS2 pupils and organised a virtual tour of NASA for KS2.

I assisted in mentoring a Newly Qualified Teacher, which I thoroughly enjoyed and which gave me great personal satisfaction.

During my career I have also completed various internal training programmes including:

➢ Relationships Education

I am an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction literature from a variety of genres. I also enjoy writing in my spare time and hope to submit a manuscript for publication in the near future.

I also enjoy drawing and amateur photography as part of my creative interests.
