Sports Massage Therapist / Sports Therapist at Hollinton Health (2025-01 – Present)
Towards the end of my degree, I chose to begin working part-time at Hollinton Health to gain further experience in the industry. I currently work there as a Sports Massage Therapist, providing both sports massage and dry cupping treatments to a range of clients. This role has helped me to build strong therapeutic and communication skills in a clinical setting.
As I continue developing in this role, I will soon begin carrying out initial assessments, follow-up appointments, and rehabilitation programmes to expand my clinical expertise further.
Volunteering – Sports Therapist at Stevenage Football Academy FC (2024-01 – 2025-01)
I completed a period of work experience with Stevenage FC Academy, where I primarily shadowed the academy sports therapist. During this time, I assisted with soft tissue treatments, provided massage therapy, and supported rehabilitation sessions for academy players. This experience allowed me to observe and learn new methods of assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation, while gaining valuable insight into the demands and expectations of working within a professional football environment.
Volunteering – Sports Therapist at Royston Town FC (2023-01 – 2024-01)
I assisted with the Under-23s side alongside another newly graduated sports therapist. I received guidance from the first-team physiotherapist and was occasionally invited to shadow and support them during sessions. I made a consistent effort to attend the majority of training sessions and every match, both home and away. On match days, I provided massages, taping, and support both on and off the pitch.
Volunteering – Sports Massage at London Marathon (2023-01 – 2023-12)
At the university, I volunteered to perform sports massages to the athletes who were running the London Marathon in support of Asthma + Lung UK Charity.
Volunteering – Sports Massage at Saracens Mavericks (2022-01 – 2023-01)
For my first year of university, I volunteered every Friday to help massage the Saracens Mavericks Women's netball team. A previous graduate would help teach me other ways to perform a massage effectively
Customer Assistant at Tesco PLC (2021-01 – Present)
During my time at Tesco, I have been trained to cover most areas within the store. I started as an online personal shopper and was asked by management to learn other areas within the store. During busy periods, my manager gives me the responsibility of running sections in their absence and always asks me to complete overtime, covering annual leave for the full-time members of staff.

This job worked very well for me while studying for my A levels, my job responsibilities for this job were cleaning the office areas and facilities within this. I worked alongside a small team of cleaners, to complete daily cleaning while keeping standards high.
Referee at Royston Town Youth FC (2018-01 – 2020-01)
While playing for the youth team, I was asked by the club if I would like to become a referee for the annual summer tournament, the club were impressed by my ability to hold my own and asked me to ref during the season for the younger age groups. I could ref up to 4 games a weekend and was paid by the club for this.
Waitress at Lakeside Kitchen at Ride (2017-01 – 2018-01)
A family friend owned a catering business that provided catering to all different types of events such as weddings, parties, and christenings. I waitress at these events and work in the kitchen at Lakeside Ride.
