Pinobal Digital Media my role was to manage and build social media accounts. I had to manage campaigns and uploads social media posts and write content about what ever the post is linked to.
CC33 NHS- Test and Trace:
My role at Cc33 was to ring customer who where in isolation making sure they give the correct feedback on the questions asked. After the call I had to fill in the information given to me by the customer which was forward to my agent. I had to make sure customer who are self isolating are following the government rules. I also had to answer questions which the customer had at the end of the each call. My role required confidence
Car sales executive - My current role at diamond vehicle solutions is based around helping a small car dealership with day to day duties, this includes taking phone calls and deposits for vehicles, dealing face to face with potential buyers, ordering parts for vehicles awaiting preparation, dealing with warranty claims and helping the management purchase vehicles from potential sellers and online auctions.
EE customer service-remote working:
My role at EE customer service was working in the billing department where I would get calls from customer regarding different situations such as complaints, different Queries for different sim plans and upgrades I also was making sales to customers who wanted upgraded I had the role of making sales of additional products such as chargers and cases. I had many other queries to deal with
I have key skills in areas such as IT, problem solving and excellent communication which I have developed through my previous jobs as stated above. I am a very passionate and quick learner wanting to further develop my career and skills. I believe my skills, traits and invaluable experience in many different job roles separates me from other candidates.
Outside of education, my hobbies are playing sports such as Football and Cricket. I also like to meet new people and explore interesting places.
