Experienced On Board Supervisor experienced in railway procedures, specifically ticket sales, emergency/disruption procedures and logistical organisation. Over 10 yrs experience in the Southern Railway network with extensive understanding of it's relationship to other agencies such as BTP, RailTrack, TSM's and Resource Managers. Extensive knowledge of front line logistics of railway disruption, first hand experience of fatalities/trespassers, medical emergencys, unit faults and personnel issues.
