- TenderLead: built AI-assisted UK tender intelligence with source-linked summaries and bid qualification. Designed a 66-case synthetic evaluation suite to test scoring, grounding and resistance to adversarial inputs.
- SHVL: built AI-assisted credit-control software combining accounting data, payment checks and client follow-up planning into reviewable reminder workflows.
- ReserveGauge and DayGauge: released a macOS AI usage forecaster (250+ downloads) and an iOS app combining Apple Health, location and time data into daily insights.
Independent Technical Research
- Polymarket research: analysed 60.6 million market-data rows across 303 markets. Tested 144 parameter combinations in a separate strategy sweep using chronological validation and execution-cost stress tests.
- Built Rust order-processing components and benchmarked local order construction and signing at approximately 90 microseconds median across 64 iterations. Measured network latency separately.
- Consolidated the paper-research system onto one AWS EC2 instance and migrated a 35.6 GB research database, preserving data integrity through matching hashes and database checks.
Applied AI Engineer - Adelphos AI

- Optimised an AI cable-calculation workflow, reducing mean model/tool time by 46.6% and estimated provider cost by 79.6% in paired development benchmarks, with matching validated engineering results (two runs per model stack).
- Reduced main-model calls by 92%, from 25 to 2, against an earlier cable-workflow baseline. Implement model-routing, context, search and caching improvements as new models and tools become available.
