I am a reliable and organised administrative professional with experience working in healthcare environments, including the NHS and supporting doctors in Greece and work with childrenwith special needs. I have developed strong skills in administration, communication, scheduling and handling confidential information with professionalism.
Alongside my administrative background, I have also studied management and counselling, which has strengthened my interpersonal skills and ability to work with people in a calm, supportive and professional manner.
In addition, I have experience as a professional makeup artist and in facial treatments, which has given me a strong understanding of client care, presentation and creating a welcoming, positive experience for customers in wellbeing and beauty environments.

I am an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in healthcare and customer service. I worked for the NHS in England as a Medical Secretary and Ward Clerk at St. Margaret’s Hospital, supporting consultants, clinical teams and patients by managing appointments, audio typing medical reports, coordinating referrals, maintaining patient records and handling confidential information.
I have also worked in administrative and customer-facing roles in Greece, including in a vascular surgery practice, corporate administration, travel sales and hotel reception. These roles developed my organisational, communication and client service skills. In addition, I have experience as a professional makeup artist and in beauty services, giving me strong knowledge of client care and presentation.
More recently I have volunteered as an NHS Governor representing the community and supporting discussions with healthcare leadership. I am currently also supporting children with special needs as a driver and volunteering with a local community centre in Harlow, continuing to develop my people skills and commitment to helping others.
I graduated from a Technical Lyceum with a qualification in Computer Skills and Computer Systems Support. I later completed a Top Management Assistant seminar and professional training as a Makeup Artist in Greece.
During my professional development in the UK, I completed NHS training including Scenario Based Management Development and CPR training. I have also undertaken several CPD courses in Stress Management, Performance Management and Problem Solving, and achieved a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling through The Skills Network. I am currently continuing my studies with a Level 3 Counselling course to further develop my interpersonal and support skills.
