I am a loyal and hardworking person who enjoys working in customer service and I am passionate about putting the needs of the customer at the forefront of all I do. I am friendly and warm in my approach and enjoy interacting with members of the public of all ages and backgrounds. I have working knowledge of using electronic tills, stock rotation, replenishing and stock taking. Image and presentation of both the shop, and myself, is important in a customer facing role therefore keeping the shop clean and tidy with safe and clear walk ways and always looking tidy and welcoming myself is essential.
