I’m a highly driven and experienced person in several industries such as manufacturing, property management, food industry, IT, engineering, testing environments and service delivery to clients.
I hold 18 years of extensive experience in the financial and operational aspects of the business.
My main passion is an operational and commercial business improvement. This is the field where I feel most natural, comfortable, and productive. I take personal pride in achieving better business performance (better utilisation and efficiency) and the highest client satisfaction.
I’m a very good team player and a people person. I work very effectively with different groups of personalities, knowledge, and experience. In each group, I find unique gems which overall will contribute to the same goal.
In addition to that, I easily can act as an individual contributor and work as a team of one with no problem prioritising my task and managing my time accordingly.
Currently, I’m in the process of learning French, but I’m fluent in Polish (my native language), and English plus good knowledge of German which I study for 11 years.
