I have worked in office based environments since I left school in the motor trade, recruitment and Oil Refinery sector and have a great understanding of customer service. Whilst working for Asda, I was actually home office based, working remotely in a store but covering East London and Kent as a profit and loss administrator in which i dealt with KPI's, creating spreadsheets on Excel and various admin tasks via in house systems and Microsoft Packages . I carried out varied tasks within the store in HR and Admin, I also covered manager absence on various department, helping out when required. I was sadly made redundant in July and I am now looking for the next step that will enable me to go back to an office environment for me to grow and learn.
