• Created social media posts, leaflets, and event materials in line with contract branding.
• Produced metric and analytical data reports to gage post-performance via social media and then utilise to inform future content. 
• Represented the National Careers Service at external events and meetings.
• Ensured all contacts are recorded on the National Careers Service CRM.
• Composed, developed, and designed presentations for internal and external audiences.

• Produced Labour Market Information related materials for careers advisers and for a range of customer groups in a range of formats including digital, printed resources, video, webinars, and presentations.
• Researched and proposed ideas for Labour Market Information for the National Careers Service.
