▪ Supporting the most demanding, and highest revenue generating customer accounts within the business with account for 45-50% of turnover
▪ Identify and solve stock availability related issues, such as obsolescence and supersession of SKUs.
▪ Working with other departments within the business to ensure the customer is always the focus of the operation.
▪ Deliver presentations and reports to customers regarding business performance and order fulfilment.
▪ Identify, resolve, and delegate potential problems within the supply chain that could adversely affect order fulfilment.
▪ Maintaining active supplier relations within a base of 20 suppliers, based in the UK, Europe and Far East
▪ Orderbook management of five to six thousand SKUs to confirm and expedite where needed to ensure service level agreements are met.
▪ React to demanding world events that affect the supply of goods for example, Covid and Brexit.
▪ Training an onboarding of new starters within the business
