This job includes many different skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication and time management. While working in asda i have learnt to adapt in a fast pace environment, which means i had to use my communication skills and computer skills to get my job done efficiently. Also working in a supermarket and dealing with the public i know how to communicate and make people feel less stressed in a busy environment, making them feel more comfortable in the workplace.
This is a fast pace job and my responsibilities include; Problem solving, resilience, anticipating customers needs, completing tasks on time and money handling.
Working as a support worker in Widnes gave me many valuable skills and experience supporting individuals with different needs. This role strengthened my communications, patience and problem-solving abilities while helping people feel comfortable, supported and understood.
