At Cineworld my current role is a Team Member but also as a step-up Supervisor. Within this role I have learnt leadership skills and how to provide good customer service. Working for Cineworld has given me knowledge and experience about the customer service industry and of customer loyalty and expectations.
I've completed my AQA lifetime access to leadership course in customer service and business skills. I have worked at both Cineworld Shaw Ridge and Regent Circus and whilst working at Shaw Ridge I worked closely with the manager of Marketing, coming up with new advertising/promotion ideas for upcoming films. I also take part in up selling products to customers which is part of our business targets this has resulted in me winning employee of the month on a number of occasions.

At Empire Cinemas my role was Team Member and within this position I improved my skills of team experience and achieving team objectives within my shift, communication skills, customer service, stock replenishment, cash handling and stock rotation. I worked for Empire part time whilst I was still in education at New College.
Team Member / Multi Media Supervisor Assistant - Toys R US

At Toys R Us my first role was Team Member for 6 months, within this position I learnt cash handling and Customer Service skills. I was then moved on a position to Multi Media Supervisor Assistant within our Multi Media section. Within this role I gained more customer service, team experience and retail skills. I worked at Toys R US part-time whilst I was in education at New College.
