My most lengthy professional experience was working within Shake Shack Covent Garden, this familiarised me with what a catering workplace would be like and how to operate within one. I have also worked for the Leeds International Film Festival, the second largest film festival in the UK, I was tasked with dealing with customer queries and complaints as well as checking tickets and providing general guidance to customers across the workplace
