I worked for NIC as a Cover Cleaning Operative across various location within the Solihull area.
I was responsible for the general cleaning tasks within the customer buildings. I had to understand what each customer required to make sure that nothing is missed while the other operative/s were away. These duties included some of the following tasks;
· Cleaning of furniture, desks and chairs etc. · Toilet cleaning.
· Vacuuming of carpets.
· Mopping of hard floors.
· Buffing and polishing of hard floors.
· Using a scrubber drier machine on hard surfaces.
I also have been trained to BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) that ensures I carry out all the tasks in a correct and safe way.
