Having returned to the United Kingdom, after 14 years in New Zealand, I wish to secure a challenging position in a management environment, which demands the dedication and the application of knowledge and experience and a “can do” attitude; that offers the scope for professional growth and development, mentor others, in a stimulating and interactive atmosphere.
I completed an apprenticeship; served in the Army as soldier and an Officer; and developed and ran my own businesses, employing up to 27 staff. In the past 14 years I have worked for both National and International businesses, in manufacturing management, LEAN implementation, reactive and preventative maintenance, engineering and project management. I come from and engineering / manufacturing background, with over 20 years of experience implementing LEAN, Continuous Improvement and project management.
