• Manage a team who monitor the diary of twelve mortgage advisers.
• Produce weekly and monthly key performance indicator reports on Excel for all advisers to show management the pipeline of each individual.
• Relay my findings to the head of sales in the company sharing opinions on what works well on a daily basis.
