I'm a Senior Project Engineer / Site Manager, with lots of experience in the Building Services, construction, and Facade industry. I specialize in site management and implementation of building services, designs, specifications, and resources to a specified budget.

I currently work in central London as a Site Manager on an upmarket office block and train station. I previously project managed a 2 year hotel project, with a German façade company, in Copenhagen (Scandic Spectrum hotel) and would welcome a return to Copenhagen. The Rasmussen family are in the process of re-locating to Denmark from the UK and hence my reason of seeking employment in Copenhagen.

I‘m a qualified engineer with the required UK site qualifications – SMSTS, CSCS, H&S. and I speak English and Danish fluently.

Summary of key Skills and Expertise:

• Manage building service construction teams and related on-site logistics.
• Liaise and supervise architects, surveyors, engineers and sub-contractors. Adjudicate and appoint site contractors and ensure deadlines are met and work complete.
• On-site QA / QC supervision and compliance with applicable building codes and standards implement and manage on-site health and safety according to OHSAS 18001.
• Design and implement with Computer aided design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit and NavisWorks.
• Implement design to minimize carbon footprint and environmental impact, comply with Green Building accreditation and project design criteria.
• Attending on-site management meetings and provide construction progress and feedback to project management team.
• Ensure SOW (Scope of work) is executed to Client budget and project timeline schedules (PrimaVera project planner).
• Undertake Building surveys, fault analysis and risk assessment (RAMS), leading to corrective action, commissioning and sign-off of site building services.
• Oversee and supervise on-site installations from kick-off to commissioning completion.
• Project fault finding, commissioning and sign-off.
