o Broad General Management / Commercial (Full P&L – not HR) skills gained at within a medium sized manufacturing operation: Ebac.
o Extensive OD, OE, HRIS and M&A delivery with impressive metric and commercial outcomes.
o Pragmatic, low-cost mentality, operational business-partner, CIPD Fellow and Business Graduate.
