I was a team leader, I had the roll of using a company van and being trusted to take the vehicle home with. As I was a team leader my roll was to not only clean/ clear gutter waist, roof washing but to also interact with the customers when arriving on site and to train new employees as well as instruct the allocated second I had with me on all jobs. To do this I took in to aspect to not only give instructions but to make the work load as fair as possible while still being in control of the situation.
I use a range of equipment provided by the company such as a sky vac, and 3 stage ladders that I had also with me in my work van at all times. As to what my work entailed I was responsible of ensuring the job had been completed to the best of our ability each and every time, working on big commercial buildings in different scenarios such as works offices, schools, flat buildings but also working on residential areas such as a rows of houses.
Green wolf - Swanley

I have been doing fencing for the past 2 years, green wolf is my own registered self employed company on bark. Due to my partner leaving, I am unable to complete the work on my own as it’s a 2 man job. Me and my partner have completed multiple fencing jobs around kent and surrounding areas for repairs and installation because of this I have managed to gain great people skills over the years and managed to creat a good work ethic and can work in a team.

Hedge, shrub removals and pruning is also another trade green wolf covered. Over the years due to the same circumstances and the wrong time of the year, is the main reason as for not being able to further go ahead any more with this. Completing this skill has helped improve an organised system within myself as well as the company by keeping up with the on going and regular customers that we would manage. by doing so I have gain the skill to maintain a organised work setting and the confidence to not let anyone down.
Furthermore to this hedge cutting has given me more then enough confidence to climb and go up ladders safely and constructively.
