Ensure clear communication is given to the food service team regarding any defaults and checking all requests are followed through by catering management team
Have presence in all: restaurant/break out areas to ensure that the catering standards are met and are running in accordance with the booking schedule and all clients
Responsible for all inductions and training of the food service team
Ensure all food and beverage expenses are kept in line with the budget, whilst maintaining a consistently high-quality product and standards
Control staff budget for temporary staff within the food services team and ensure all overtime payments are preauthorized by the Venue Manager
Hold regular maintenance checks within the catering outlets and promptly report maintenance through Sharepoint
