Experienced senior payroll professional, including last fifteen years at manager level, recent roles including Payroll Manager, Payroll Bureau Manager and Head of Payroll Bureau Services, overseeing the rapid growth of the Bureau function over a fourteen-year period in the same company until redundancy in November 2023. As Head of Payroll Bureau Services managed migration of in house ePay to PT-X online payment solution for over 300 clients with combined monthly Bacs value of 180million, managing a team of eighteen.
Bland managed migration of all bureau clients from Xero and Sage to Employment Hero hosted payroll solution. Ability to organise and coordinate multiple tasks, build strong client relationships, promote and upsell payroll bureau services, project management and system implementation, communicate effectively with all levels within an organisation and to demonstrate leadership in escalated issue resolution.
