My name is Jonathan Anderson. I am 16 years old and an S6 pupil at the Royal High School, Edinburgh. I am a hardworking student, and I love to work with other people. I have many hobbies, such as playing the piano where I have achieved my grades 1-4 and currently working towards grade 5.
I also play the guitar for enjoyment. I have a strong interest in animals and regularly read and watch videos to expand my knowledge on them. I am seeking a job where I can use my skills of teamwork and communication as I thrive in collaborative environments.
Volunteering in an ecological reserve in the Amazon rainforest in Peru. This has helped me grow personally while building skills that I can use in a workplace such as teamwork. This experience also improved my confidence and independence as I did not know anyone else going so I had to get to know new people from all over the world.

Volunteer inside school in a geography class with a younger year group. This has helped me improve skills such as patience and leadership while also again improving my confidence.
Cat Sitter at Self-employed (Present)
Occasionally, I do cat sitting for people in my area which shows I am reliable and trustworthy as I am always asked to do it again showing that people trust me to look after their cat while they are away meaning I can handle unsupervised responsibility.
